Automatic sleep tracking. No watch, no mic, no cloud needed.
SleepTracker records your nights from the phone already beside your bed. Nothing to start, nothing to wear, nothing listening while you sleep.
Google requires a few steps before the Play Store listing appears. Do these in order.
The listing appears a few minutes after you opt in.
Install from Play StoreSeeing a "not found" page? That is normal until you have joined the tester group and opted in to the test.
Most sleep apps expect you to remember to start tracking before bed. SleepTracker looks for sleep-like phone behaviour instead.
When the screen has been off, the phone has been still, and app use has gone quiet long enough to count as sleep, SleepTracker records the session.
Detected sleeps can be saved automatically or reviewed first. If it gets one wrong, you can correct it.
Shifted, short, irregular, or fragmented nights do not always fit normal sleep apps. SleepTracker lets you tune the detection settings.
No account, no ads, no analytics, and no cloud sleep profile by default. Your sleep data stays on-device unless you export it.
Review detected sleep, check patterns, and compare nights with the activities that might affect them.
SleepTracker doesn't need a microphone, camera, account, ads, analytics, or a cloud sleep profile to work. Your sleep data lives on-device by default.
Automatic detection needs Usage Access so SleepTracker can tell when the phone has gone quiet overnight. It also needs a battery exemption so Android does not stop it running in the background while you sleep.
SleepTracker is not medical software and does not measure sleep stages. It estimates likely sleep sessions from phone behaviour.
Export your sleep history as CSV or PDF whenever you want to inspect it, back it up, or use it somewhere else.
SleepTracker is made by DabbleLabs as a small, independent Android app. If it helps you, donations help keep experiments like this alive.
