Privacy Policy

App: SleepTracker· Developer: DabbleLabs UK· Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Overview

SleepTracker is designed with privacy at its core. All data collected by the app remains on your device at all times. Other than the optional, anonymous crash reports described in section 7 (which are turned off unless you enable them), we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

2. Data collected

The app collects the following data locally on your device:

All of this data is stored only on your device and is not accessible to DabbleLabs UK or any third party except as described in sections 4 and 5 below.

3. Health data

SleepTracker processes on-device signals to estimate sleep quality and duration. Because sleep and activity data may constitute health-related information, it is stored exclusively on your device. We do not integrate with Google Fit, Health Connect, or any external health platform.

4. Device backups

The app permits Android's standard backup mechanism (allowBackup). If you have Google Drive backup enabled on your device, your sleep data and settings may be included in that backup and stored in your personal Google Drive account. This backup is controlled by you and your Google account settings, not by DabbleLabs UK. If you do not want sleep data included in device backups, you can disable backup for this app in your Android settings.

5. Optional feedback email

The app provides an optional "Send Feedback" feature. If you choose to use it, the app will prepare an email to [email protected] which may include, at your discretion:

This data is only sent if you actively choose to attach and send the email. It is used solely to diagnose issues you report and is not shared further.

6. Permissions

The app requests the following device permissions:

7. Third-party services

SleepTracker can send anonymous crash reports if the app stops unexpectedly, to help us find and fix bugs. This is turned off by default – nothing is sent unless you enable crash reporting in Settings. When enabled, a crash report is sent to a server operated by DabbleLabs UK (at dabblelabs.uk) and contains only: a randomly generated identifier for that single report, the app's package name and version, your Android version, your device brand and model, the time of the crash, and the technical details of the error (a stack trace). It does not contain a persistent device or installation identifier, and it does not contain your sleep records, notes, debug log, settings, or anything else you have entered. Crash reports are used solely to diagnose and fix bugs, are not shared with any third party, and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

SleepTracker does not use Google Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics, any other analytics service, or any advertising SDKs.

8. Donations

If you choose to make a voluntary donation, any payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. DabbleLabs UK does not collect or store any payment details.

9. Children

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your rights

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the app. If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Because no data is held by DabbleLabs UK on external servers, exercising these rights is achieved by managing data directly on your device. For any questions, contact us at the address below.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be published here and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
