WakeWhisper is a spoken alarm clock. It announces the current time and how long remains until your target wake time, using your device's text-to-speech, through alert styles you configure as a series of phases. It is not a medical device, not a sleep therapy, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any condition.
Because Android can delay, defer, or terminate background alarms - for example through battery optimisation, Doze, manufacturer power management, a revoked permission, or a device restart - the app cannot guarantee that any alarm fires at the exact time you set, or that it fires at all. Your device's volume, silent mode, Do Not Disturb settings, and text-to-speech engine also affect whether you actually hear it. WakeWhisper must not be relied upon as your only alarm where oversleeping would cause harm or serious loss. Keep a second, independent alarm for anything that genuinely matters.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DabbleLabs UK does not guarantee that alarms will sound, that they will sound on time, that speech will be audible or intelligible, or that the app will run uninterrupted or error-free. Alarm delivery depends on your device, its operating system, its power management settings, its installed text-to-speech engine, and the permissions you have granted, all of which are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DabbleLabs UK shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, an alarm that sounds late, an alarm that does not sound at all, oversleeping, a missed appointment, shift, flight, or deadline, or any decision you make based on app output.
Any donations made through the app are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to any additional features, support, or services.
All content, design, and code within WakeWhisper is the property of DabbleLabs UK. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
DabbleLabs UK reserves the right to update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
