App: Todone· Developer: DabbleLabs UK· Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Overview

Todone is a to-do list app that runs entirely on your own Android phone. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics. It has no internet permission at all, so it is technically incapable of collecting, transmitting or storing any of your data anywhere - it simply cannot make a network connection.

2. What the app stores

Todone stores your to-do items - their text, deadlines and completion state - and your reminder settings locally on your phone, using Android's own storage. Nothing leaves the device. There is no server, no cloud, no backup, and no sync.

3. Permissions

Todone requests the Android permissions it needs to schedule and show reminder notifications, and to keep those reminders working after a phone restart. It does not request, and does not have, the internet permission.

4. Third parties

No data is shared with DabbleLabs UK or any third party, because no data ever leaves your phone. The app does not include advertising or tracking of any kind.

5. Removing your data

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android's app settings, removes everything Todone has stored.
